How the order process work?

1. Pick your model
In our shop, you can choose your product and immediately see the total price including printing costs. We also offer the corresponding print template for download. Once your purchase is complete, simply send us your print data together with your order number.
2. Druckprobe
As soon as we receive your print data, we will review it. If everything is correct, we will send you a proof for approval. Once you’ve approved the proof, we will print a sample and ship it to you within one week.
3. Release & Printing
Once the print sample we sent you meets your approval, we need your go-ahead. After you give the approval, the mugs you ordered will go into production.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping of your products typically takes 6–10 business days. For many items, you also have the option to request express production. Delivery is carried out via the courier DACHSER.
